Opinion

The ride was great and smooth but sadly, there were no train/station announcements. The visual impaired person would be lost if riding the streetcar. It would be great if the streetcar operators announces the stops or DC installs a train annocuemenls.

The ride was great and smooth. It would be nice if this streetcar terminates at Minnesota Avenue Station (WMATA Metrorail Station; serving Metrorail Blue and Orange Lines) instead of Oklahoma & Benning Station. The distance between Oklahoma & Benning Station and Minnesota Avenue Station is around a half a mile (very close). The expansion could have replaced WMATA Metrobus Route X2.

There are plans to expand the streetcar to five lines. At this moment, there is only one line and it is unclear if the expansion would occur.
